Aris Papadopoulos, CEO Titan America LLC
Aris Papadopoulos is CEO of Titan America, the US subsidiary of Titan Cement Group, a heavy building materials company headquartered in Athens, Greece. He is a member of Titan Group's Executive Committee.
Aris began his career with Titan in 1992 to develop its US business, later becoming Managing Director of Titan Atlantic (its US sub) and CEO of its Roanoke Cement JV. In 2000, Titan Atlantic acquired Tarmac America, quadrupled its size and became Titan America.
Prior to joining Titan he held engineering and management positions in the power generation and petroleum industries at Thermo Electron and Aramco. He has nearly 30 years industrial experience.
Aris earned Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Chemical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Harvard. He serves on the Board of Directors of the CTL Group and is Chairman of the Portland Cement Association's Sustainability Committee.

Pat Borders
President of Separation Technologies LLC
As President of Separation Technologies LLC, Pat is
responsible for the overall commercial development of STI and the
successful execution
of the company’s business strategy on a worldwide basis. Pat joined
the Titan America Group in 1997 as Vice President, Marketing and Sales for Roanoke
Cement; in 2000 he became Senior Vice President of Construction Materials
where he was responsible for the marketing and sales of both Roanoke Cement
and Titan Virginia Ready-Mix. Over his 33 year career, he has held executive
marketing and management positions with Master Builders Technologies,
Texas Industries, and Sika Corporation, as well as operated in private
consulting. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Millikin
University.

 | Russell A. Fink
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary,
Titan America LLC
Joined Tarmac America, Inc. in 1988. Following the Titan acquisition, he continued as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary where he is responsible for directing all U.S. legal affairs along with corporate environmental and property matters. Prior to joining Tarmac he worked as an attorney for Centex Corporation and Hughes & Luce in Dallas, Texas, as well as in financial management for The Upjohn Company, and the State of Michigan Treasury. Russ earned his JD and MBA from the University of Michigan and his BA from Dartmouth College.

 | Graham Fox Vice President, Information Systems, Titan America LLC
Began his career with Tarmac Roadstone, Wolverhampton, England in 1972. In 1989 he joined Tarmac America as Director, MIS and later Vice President, MIS. Following the Titan acquisition of Tarmac America, he continued as Vice President, Information Systems where he is responsible for all computer and communications systems and services throughout Titan America. Graham earned his Bachelor’s of Science from Southampton University in England.

Don Ingerson
Vice President, Cement and Aggregates, Sales and Marketing - Roanoke Cement Business
Joined Titan America's Roanoke Cement business in August of 2006. He is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Logistics for the Mid-Atlantic area. Don has 15 years of experience in the concrete and cement industries, and has held a number of positions for Lafarge in the Midwest and Eastern United States. Prior to that, Don was a territory manager for Northrup Materials concrete business in Western New York.
Don currently serves on the boards of the North East Cement Shippers, the Southeast Cement Shippers, the Mid-Atlantic Concrete Paving Association, and on several committees for the Portland Cement Association and the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association. He also represents Titan America with the US Green Building Council.
Don earned his Bachelor's degree in Pre-Law from Cornerstone University in Michigan and his Masters of Business Administration from the executive program at the University of Nebraska's Omaha campus.

 | Hardy Johnson President, Tarmac America LLC, Florida Business
Began working for Tarmac America, Inc., in 1990. In 1997, he became responsible for the Tarmac Florida Business as Senior Vice President. After the Titan acquisition, he became
President of Tarmac America LLC,
where he continues to be responsible for all Florida business activities including: cement, aggregates, ready-mix concrete, and block. Prior to joining Tarmac, he worked in all areas of the construction materials business. He is presently serving as immediate past Chairman of the National Ready-Mixed Concrete Association and also serves as Chairman of the NRMC Foundation. Hardy is also the past Chairman of the Florida Concrete and Products Association. Hardy earned his MBA and BBA from Georgia State University.

is responsible for the sales and marketing of Cement
and Aggregates for the Florida Business. Tim
has 18 years experience in the cement
and concrete industries and has held a number of
senior level positions in Lehigh Cement in Indiana
and Texas and Builder's Concrete in Indiana.
Tim earned a bachelor's degree in business from
the University of North Texas.

 | Robert Sells
President, Mid-Atlantic Business Unit
Joined the Titan America Florida Business Unit in June 2001 as Vice President of Florida Concrete Products. In that position he was responsible for the ready-mix concrete, concrete block and sand and gravel operations. In 2007 Bob assumed the role of Mid-Atlantic Business Unit President, responsible for the Roanoke Cement Company, Titan Virginia Ready-Mix, the Cumberland Quarry, S&W Ready-Mix and Powhatan Ready-Mix.
Over his 30-year career, Bob has held positions with companies including Vulcan Materials, American Limestone Company, Southdown, Inc. and Centex Construction Products. Bob has served on the Florida Concrete & Products Association Board and on its Executive Committee. Bob served as Chairman of the Florida Concrete Products Association from 2004 - 2005. He earned his master's degree in Engineering and his bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee.

Joined Titan America in September 2005. Previously, Bob was Vice President Human Resources for Phillips Electronics in Chicago where he was a member of the Lighting Electronics Global Executive Management Team and director of all HR teams throughout all regions including internal operations. Prior to joining Phillips Electronics, Bob held several senior HR positions with General Electric Company. While there, Bob gained extensive international work experience including a three-year residence in Singapore and Hong Kong. He earned his MBA from the Citadel and his Bachelor of Science from the College of Charleston.

Began his career with Tarmac America, Inc. in 1995 as Manager, Internal Audit and was promoted to Corporate Controller in 1996. Following the Titan acquisition, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Titan America LLC. Prior to joining Tarmac, he worked for Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Manager. Larry earned his bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Virginia in 1986 and is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia and Georgia.
