Job Requirements:
• High School, (college degree preferred) with a minimum of ten years of job related experience in mobile equipment and ready mix concrete plant maintenance.
• Thorough knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, differentials, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Two to five years experience in a supervisory or other leadership role.
• Good math and computer skills (M.S. Office software including Excel) and working knowledge of fleet maintenance software, including DataStream.
• Excellent communication skills as he or she will be required to communicate effectively before groups of employees including management groups and must effectively direct the work of others.

• Oversee all administrative processes including sales records, monthly reports and vendor invoices.

• Arrange for training in safety, repair, maintenance techniques, specialized skill (welding or electric), project management, and management or leadership skills based on skill need.
