Job Requirements: • High School, (college degree preferred) with a minimum of ten years of job related experience in mobile equipment and ready mix concrete plant maintenance.
• Thorough knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, differentials, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Two to five years experience in a supervisory or other leadership role.
• Good math and computer skills (M.S. Office software including Excel) and working knowledge of fleet maintenance software, including DataStream.
