Roanoke Cement Company is the only cement plant in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is ranked among the Environmental Protection Agency’s “Top Performing Plants.” Roanoke Cement Company has the largest distribution network in the area.

In response to increasing demand for low-carbon cement, Roanoke Cement added a high-capacity storage dome at its terminal. The expanded storage provides an additional 70,000 tons of capacity, tripling the pre-existing storage. The Chesapeake Terminal’s expansive truck and rail network has established Roanoke Cement Company as the largest distributor for cement, and other raw materials, in the Mid-Atlantic area.
