Bill Zarkalis, CEO
Titan America LLC
Bill joined Titan America as Chief Executive Officer in 2014 and is a member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of the parent company Titan Cement SA. He served for four years as the Group's Chief Financial Officer and before that as the Executive Director of Business Development and Strategic Planning.
Prior to joining Titan in 2008, Bill served in a number of global business leadership roles with the Dow Chemical Company. During his 18-year career in Chemicals and Plastics, Bill was located primarily in the US and Switzerland, holding positions such as Global Vice President, Dow Automotive; Global Business Director, Dow Specialty Plastics and Elastomers; and Global Business Director, Dow Synthetic Latex.
Bill has represented Titan in the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), the European Round Table (ERT) and the Cement Sustainability Initiative (CSI). He holds a MSc. in Chemical Engineering from The National Technical University of Athens and a MSc. in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

Kevin Baird President, Titan America’s Mid-Atlantic Business Unit
Kevin
is responsible for the continuous growth and improvement of Roanoke Cement
Company, Titan Virginia Ready-Mix, S&W Ready-Mix, Mid-Atlantic Aggregates
and Powhatan Ready-Mix. He is also committed to ensuring employee safety and
customer satisfaction remain top priorities. Prior to this role he served as
Senior Vice President of Titan’s Ready-Mix Operations and Titan Florida
Concrete products as well as the Florida Business Unit’s Vice President, Cement
and Aggregate Operations from 2011 to 2013.
Kevin joined our Mid-Atlantic Division in 1999 and served in several engineering and operations management positions at Roanoke Cement Plant in Virginia including Plant Manager from 2006 to 2011.
Before joining Titan America, Kevin worked in the environmental field, specializing in emissions monitoring and control, consulting and business management. Kevin has a bachelor's degree in Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Matt Cherry
Chief Human Resources Officer
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Matt is responsible for managing talent, shaping culture and developing leaders to help deliver the business imperatives that support Titan America’s high-performance culture.
Matt joined Titan America in 2019 from Life Fitness where he was Vice President and Chief People Officer. Prior to joining Life Fitness, he held various senior leadership roles in Human Resources for Brunswick including Vice President of HR for Brunswick’s marine operations in EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.
A graduate of the London Metropolitan University with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, Matt received his Masters of Science in Industrial Relations and HRM from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Thomas Cerullo
President, ST Equipment & Technology
Tom joined Titan America in 1995 and has held roles in Operations, Sales, and Business Development. Tom's primary focus has been on developing projects which utilize ST Equipment and Technology's (STET) electrostatic separation system to produce value added products in food and industrial minerals applications.STET is a developer and supplier of specialized processing equipment used in the production of food, specialty minerals, and fly ash. STET’s technology provides economic benefits for its clients through the products it produces while delivering on our commitment to improving the environment by reducing clients’ CO2 footprint and generating zero waste-water or emissions from combustion..
A graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Mr. Cerullo worked aboard ocean going cargo ships prior to joining STET.

John Christy
Chief Legal Counsel
As Titan America’s Chief Legal Counsel, John is responsible for leading the Titan America Legal Department in identifying and resolving all legal issues for Titan America and its subsidiaries.
John joined Titan America in 2016 from Owens Corning, where his most recent position was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to Owens Corning, John worked in private practice at the Chicago firm of Ungaretti & Harris, specializing in commercial mergers and acquisitions and corporate securities.
John holds a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law.

Randy Dunlap
President, Titan Florida LLC
As President of Titan Florida LLC, Randy is responsible for
all Florida businesses and related activities, including cement,
aggregates, ready-mixed concrete, fly ash and concrete block. Prior to
this position, he served as President, Separation Technologies and Essex
Cement.
Randy joined Titan America in 2005 as VP, ST Business Development, later serving as VP, Separation Technologies LLC & Essex Cement LLC.
Prior to joining Titan America, Randy held senior management positions at Holcim (US) Inc., most recently including VP, Marketing and VP, General Manager, Mineral Components Division and with Texas Industries, Inc. as Vice President, General Manager of United Cement Co., a previously wholly owned subsidiary of Texas Industries, Inc.
In addition to serving on the boards of several associations, Randy is the Founder of the Slag Cement Association and served as its first President.
Randy earned his BBA from the University of Iowa.

Don Ingrassano
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing - Roanoke Cement, Essex Cement and Mid- Atlantic Aggregates
Don is responsible for sales, marketing and logistics for Roanoke Cement, Essex Cement, and Mid-Atlantic Aggregates. He has also previously served as the Vice President of Titan Virginia Ready Mix.
Don joined Titan America in 2006 and prior to that, held several sales and sales management positions with Lafarge North America. He currently serves on the boards of the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association where he is on the executive committee, is President of the Ready Mix Concrete Research & Education Foundation, and serves on the Virginia Ready Mix Concrete Association. He is the former President of the Southeast Cement Promotion Association, and former board member of the Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance.
Don earned his Bachelor's degree in Pre-Law from Cornerstone University in Michigan, his Executive Masters of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and has completed several management courses at INSEAD, Duke University, and Kellogg.

George Pantazopoulos, M.Sc., D.Sc.
Senior Vice President, Titan America Cement Operations and Corporate Engineering
George started his career at Titan Cement in Greece in 1994 and has held various technical, managerial and executive positions at Titan Cement and Titan America; his most recent position was Vice President, Cement, Pozzolans and Aggregates for Titan Florida LLC. He was also Vice President and General Manager of Separation Technologies, South Region, where he managed the manufacturing and commercial operations of six fly ash plants in the southeast U.S.
George earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Patras in Greece and his Master of Science and Doctor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

Louis Petrillo
Vice President, Ready-Mix
Louis joined Titan America in September of 2015. Prior to Titan America, Louis worked with US-Concrete, where he held the positions of Vice President and General Manager and Vice President of Operations - Eastern Concrete. He also worked with the Superior Plant in the Washington, DC market and with Vulcan Materials in Virginia.
Louis has successfully led ready-mix businesses with a focus on operational and logistical excellence, and safety and environmental performance. Louis is a fourth generation concrete producer, who after serving as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, joined his family’s ready-mix business in the New York area.
Louis graduated from the Virginia Military Institute with a BA in History and subsequently attained an MBA in Management.

Jennifer Rafferty
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Jen has provided business and legal counsel with the Titan America LLC Legal Services Department since September 2003 and accepted the position of Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in September of 2015. Jen currently serves on Titan America’s Leadership Team, heads the Legal Services Department and is responsible for directing all U.S. legal affairs for Titan America and its subsidiaries.
Prior to joining Titan, Jen was a business attorney with the law firm of Willcox & Savage in Norfolk, VA. Jen is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. Bonaventure University.

Walter Reed
Senior Vice President, Florida Ready-Mix and Concrete Products and Safety Leader
Walt is responsible for all concrete products in our Florida Business Unit and has profit and loss responsibilities for Florida concrete products. He is also responsible for overseeing the ongoing successful implementation of our Titan America safety program.
Walt has more than 30 years experience developing and managing mining operations throughout the Americas, including aggregates, coal and metals. He previously held senior positions with Martin Marietta Materials, Barrick Gold and major US coal producers. He has an MBA from Eastern Kentucky University and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona. He joined Titan America’s Florida Business Unit in 2014.

Lawrence H. Wilt, Jr.
Vice President, CFO, Titan America LLC
Larry began his career with Tarmac America, Inc. in 1995 as Manager, Internal Audit and was promoted to Corporate Controller in 1996. Following the Titan acquisition, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Titan America LLC. Prior to joining Tarmac, he worked for Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Manager. Larry earned his bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Virginia in 1986 and is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia and Georgia.

Ruben Terrazas
Vice President, Florida Aggregates
Ruben is responsible for the optimization of existing aggregate operations and the development of new aggregates sources for Titan America product lines and external demand. He joined Titan America in July 2007 as a mining engineer and has worked in several managerial positions for Aggregates and Cement operations since 2010.
Ruben has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Elizabethtown College, an M.S. in Mining Engineering from Penn State University and an M.S. in Engineering Management from Florida International University.

Zaklina Stamboliska
Vice President, Cement Manufacturing, Titan Florida
Zaklina is responsible for cement operations at Pennsuco and provides administrative oversight for the entire Pennsuco site. In addition to leading the cement operations, she manages coordination of all site-essential shared services including Safety, Security, Environmental, Warehouse, Human Resources and Community Relations.
Zaklina joined Titan Cementarnica Usje in 2000 and came to Titan America in July 2015 as the Roanoke Plant Manager. Zaklina has extensive technical and managerial experience from prior positions of increasing seniority and responsibility. She holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Mechanical Sciences.
