Titan Florida cement is produced at the Pennsuco plant located north of Miami. Pennsuco, the largest cement plant in Florida, is a state-of-the-art facility and one of the world's most environmentally-responsible cement plants. In 2004, Pennsuco nearly doubled its production capability from one million to 2.1 million tons annually with the completion of its modernization project.
In Florida, cement is distributed through a vast distribution network of storage terminals, rail and road transport. Bulk and bagged products are manufactured in Portland and masonry varieties. End users span the construction industry, serving both the public and private construction sectors.
Every construction project begins with aggregates. Titan America produces and sells aggregates from two locations in Florida – Titan's Pennsuco Quarry and Center Sand Mine. Pennsuco Quarry produces more than 7.5 million tons of limestone products annually, and Center Sand Mine produces one million tons of sand annually.
